Kate was admitted to practice as a NSW Solicitor and as a solicitor of the High Court of Australia in 1989. 


With 20 years of legal experience, Kate’s expertise ranges from:

• Relationships (hetero and same-sex), children including relocation matters both inter-State or overseas, real estate & superannuation adjustments, child support, spousal maintenance, and cohabitation / termination agreements; to
• Representing children’s interests, Hague Convention matters and Children’s Court work.
